Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a pediatric or elementary school setting is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of school-based SLP practices, assessment, and intervention
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to manage a full-time caseload (35 hours per week)
- Experience with teletherapy, healthcare, and in-person services is an asset
- Applicants must be fully licensed; this position does not accommodate Clinical Fellows (CFYs) or SLPAs
- Ready to work onsite; remote/VOCO services are not available at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide direct therapy and support services within the school environment
