School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - San Lorenzo, California

Your Qualifications:
- Active and valid California SLP license
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-12 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and team members
- Commitment to fostering student growth and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans, tailored to diverse K-12 caseloads
- Document progress and adjust treatment approaches in collaboration with educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to ensure student needs are met
- Communicate clearly with teachers, administrators, and family members regarding student progress and intervention strategies
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based SLP services
