School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fremont, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of California
- Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred, though passionate new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy sessions to meet diverse student needs in a school setting
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy for a diverse K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and foster a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Provide both direct and consultative services as needed
