What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active California SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or adolescent speech therapy
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs for high school students
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms and virtual communication methods
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and collaborative problem-solving
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a high school caseload in person
- Design targeted treatment plans and monitor student progress throughout the school year
- Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate with educators and families
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, and other team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district standards
- Utilize both traditional and digital tools to support student engagement and progress
