Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLP-CCC welcome
- Experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with educational environments and IEP processes
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 with mild to moderate needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and track progress according to school and district protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer insights on student growth and goal attainment
- Maintain accurate, timely records of services delivered and student outcomes
