Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district near San Diego, California. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students improve communication skills and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across a school-based caseload
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
