Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - La Mesa, CA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP License or CTC credential required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings required
- Strong background in pediatrics and familiarity with a school caseload
- Ability to work with K-12 students, including diverse language and learning needs
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students across multiple school sites
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student
- Implement IEPs and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed, gaining experience in various educational settings
- Maintain required documentation and contribute to ongoing progress assessments
