Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License or CTC required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven experience providing speech therapy in school environments
- Strong background in evaluating and treating pediatric and school-based populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites
- Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and families to achieve best student outcomes
- Manage caseload across several school locations as assigned
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Support district and administrative guidelines
