Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - El Cajon, CA

Multiple full-time roles are available, serving schools across the Ramona, CA area. You’ll work 35–37.5 hours per week, supporting diverse students as part of a dedicated itinerant team.
Your day-to-day will involve classic SLP responsibilities across multiple sites, providing assessment, therapy, and support to K-12 students with a variety of communication needs. This position is ideal for clinicians with a strong background in the school setting who enjoy the challenge and fulfillment of an itinerant schedule.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active California SLP License or CTC required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based speech therapy is essential
- Proficiency with pediatric/education-based caseloads (K-12)
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations; travel is integrated into the role
- Comfortable using telehealth or technology-based platforms should the need arise
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluation to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Manage and organize individual caseloads in a multi-site, school-based setting
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and administrative teams
- Attend meetings, participate in IEP processes, and contribute to holistic student plans
