Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Salisbury, North Carolina

Preferred Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and participation in multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms and in-person as needed
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintaining thorough records, progress notes, and contributing to IEP meetings
- Providing both group and individual therapy
- Engaging in teletherapy services when required
- Staying current with best practices and ongoing professional development
