Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP License
  • Ability to work onsite up to 35 hours per week
  • Experience or passion for working with high school-aged students
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred (but open to those enthusiastic about gaining it!)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to high school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
