School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Salisbury, Maryland

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid MD SLP License
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior high school caseload or comparable experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs through formal and informal testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions appropriate for high school students
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress notes, and reports as required
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with staff and families
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and support personnel to maximize students’ classroom success
- Deliver direct and group therapy sessions onsite, following established goals and best practices
