Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of educational plans
- Stay informed on the latest practices and research in speech-language pathology
