Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist CCC or CF
Soliant Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year to work in a school district in the Salem, OR area. The position involves standard SLP duties including meeting participation, multidisciplinary team collaboration, report writing, treatment, and testing. The SLP will be a part of a multi-tiered system of support to provide a comprehensive approach that strides to identify and treat the individual needs of all students. Job Description:
- 26-27 School Year
- Full time, district may be able to arrange part time
- Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
- Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team
- Work in early education with children birth to 3 or 3 to 5 years old
- Work Hours are typically 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Must have active or pending Oregon SLP license or the ability to apply for one

- ASHA certification is a PLUS, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Compensation:
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
- Travel stipends available if qualifications are met
- W2 hourly pay between $45-$60
