Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Saint Peters, Missouri

We are seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists—bilingual professionals and Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply—for contract opportunities supporting elementary and K-12 students. With full-time hours across multiple locations throughout the academic year, you’ll collaborate within a supportive educational team, with district supervision provided for CFs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across assigned campuses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other education professionals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for diverse age groups, primarily serving elementary students
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse learners with tailored intervention strategies
- Communicate skillfully with teachers, families, and stakeholders to advance student growth
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Passing Praxis exam score
- Current or provisional Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri required
- Bilingual skills highly valued
- Recent graduates and Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants welcome—district supervision available
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills essential
- Reliable and adaptable when working across multiple sites
This position offers full-time hours (37.5 per week, Monday through Friday during school hours), with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout the school year. Multiple school placements are available, allowing you to work with different student populations and teams.
