You'll work across multiple locations, serving elementary-aged students at both Trautwein Elementary School and in the Pattonville School District, with a manageable part-time schedule—three days a week at each site, totaling 22.5 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Active Missouri state SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP).
- Recent school-based experience preferred.
- Must be a monolingual English speaker; bilingual candidates not needed.
- Quick initiation of fingerprinting process required post-contract signing to ensure a timely start.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills vital for working within school teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with various speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with special education staff.
- Document student progress, maintain appropriate records, and prepare reports as required.
- Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student outcomes.
- Travel between assigned school sites as scheduled.
