School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Work collaboratively with a supportive team, including another speech therapist focused primarily on evaluations. With a manageable caseload of approximately 47 students and a four-day workweek, you’ll have the chance to provide individualized care and closely track student progress.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to PreK–8 students
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student goals
- Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based treatment plans
- Assess student needs and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and staff development opportunities
