Begin in early December 2026 with a manageable caseload of around 47 students and a clear focus: making a difference in the daily lives of students with diverse learning needs. You'll work onsite four days per week, fostering communication skills and confidence in your students while being supported by a fellow speech therapist, who will primarily handle evaluations for up to 8 hours weekly.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure with CCC, meeting state credentialing requirements
- Proven experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong background in conducting speech and language assessments, planning individualized intervention, and developing IEP goals
- Adaptable communication style, adept at building rapport with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students across PreK–8th grade, in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Complete documentation of services, contribute to IEP meetings, and monitor student outcomes
- Engage in team-based problem solving with support from another experienced SLP handling evaluations
