Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Saint Paul, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with IEP development and progress reporting is valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs utilizing standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ specific goals
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings
- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services rendered
- Educate staff and families about strategies to support generalization of communication skills
