School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary education teams
- Proficiency in providing therapy and assessment for a range of speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Prior experience within school settings preferred
- Excellent rapport-building abilities with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services and student progress
- Provide support and resources to teachers and families for optimal student success
- Adapt therapy approaches to suit varying learning needs and environments
