Open roles include:
- Immediate coverage needed for a leave running now through mid-November.
- Second leave begins mid-September.
- Third leave (.7 FTE) covers from mid-November through the school year's end.
- Three total openings offer flexibility for those seeking varying contract timelines.
What you'll need to bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or current SLPA credentials.
- Current (or eligibility for) MN state licensure.
- SLPs must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); SLPAs with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
- Passion for supporting diverse learners with speech and language needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide therapy to elementary students with a range of speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, school support staff, and families to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain comprehensive records and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and support student IEP goals.
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere for learning and growth.
