Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Saint Paul, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly valued; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Proven ability to conduct teletherapy sessions a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and speech disorders in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach and serve students effectively
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
