Required Experience & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year/CFY accepted)
  • Background in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for virtual service delivery
  • Experience in healthcare-related SLP roles a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working collaboratively with educators, support staff, parents, and students
  • Adaptability to provide both on-site and remote services as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with various speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate closely with special education professionals and general educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapies in both face-to-face and teletherapy settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
  • Provide education and resources to families, empowering them to reinforce therapy strategies at home
  • Stay current on best practices in pediatric, school-based, and teletherapy service delivery
