As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s communication needs, working with a diverse caseload of pediatric students. Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid SLP license for Minnesota, or ability to obtain before starting
- Experience working with pediatric and K-12 student populations
- Comfortable providing services via teletherapy platforms as well as on-site
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy to students, both in person and virtually
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and families
