What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in MN (or eligibility)
- CCC credential or CFY status welcomed
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-age children (K–12th grade)
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and school-based evaluation/therapy preferred
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
Your Role:
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in K–12th grades
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and update IEP goals in partnership with educators and families
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives
- Support students across various settings, adapting interventions to optimize growth
