- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students in individual and/or group settings
- Conduct assessments and determine eligibility for speech services
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and professional development as needed
