Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required
- Prior experience providing SLP services within middle school or school-based settings
- Ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Organization and adaptability to work across multiple school sites
Responsibilities
- Oversee speech-language services for students across two middle schools
- Mentor and supervise the assigned SLPA, ensuring quality care and compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student communication success
- Conduct assessments, develop and monitor progress on IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
