Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
- Superior communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students (K-5)
- Address a diverse caseload, including articulation, language delays, pragmatics, autism, fluency disorders, and more
- Collaborate closely with special and general education staff, families, and related service professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with special education guidelines and district procedures
- Adapt services to meet individual student needs and school site requirements
