Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to K–5 students (approx. 40–45 caseload)
- Address a range of needs: articulation, receptive/expressive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, ASD, fluency disorders, and developmental delays
- Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, families, and related service professionals
- Maintain compliance with special education requirements and documentation standards
