Key qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current or eligibility for Minnesota SLP licensure
- Experience working in a school-based setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student success and inclusive learning environments
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
- Contribute to a positive and impactful educational experience for every student
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines for speech-language pathology services
