Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- 2+ years’ school-based experience (virtual/remote roles)
- SLPA, SLP-CFY, pediatric or teletherapy backgrounds encouraged
- Familiarity with PreK–12th grade caseloads
- Proficient with computers, webcams, and basic technology
- Must pass technical screening/internet speed test
- Maintain annual 500K/500K liability insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students
- Collaborate with school staff and families
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
