Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
- At least 2 years of previous school-based experience (required for remote work)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapy delivery
- Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders
- Reliable computer, webcam, and solid technology skills
- Able to pass technical screening and internet speed test
- Current annual liability insurance (minimum 500K/500K coverage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders (PreK-12)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging direct virtual therapy and collaborate with school staff and parents
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Foster positive and supportive student relationships
