Qualifications:
- Active or in-progress SLP license (will consider SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC, or SLPAs)
- Experience or training in pediatric speech-language therapy, with a school-based background preferred
- Strong organization skills to manage documentation and effective scheduling
- Ability to communicate well with students, families, and school staff
- Commitment to professional growth, with openness to supervision and mentorship
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades 3–5
- Conduct initial evaluations and actively participate in the eligibility process
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and provide clear reports for parents and educators
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams to deliver integrated support
- Engage in supervision as required and contribute to ongoing program development
