Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, active Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals
- Collaborative mindset for working closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy services and provide consultation within general education and special education settings
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in line with district procedures and compliance standards
- Serve as an advocate and liaison, engaging parents and educators to support student progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
