Required Background & Skills:
- Active MN SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-8)
- Familiarity with school-based practices and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting thorough speech-language assessments for students in grades K-8
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of progress and services provided
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expert recommendations
- Promoting students’ academic achievement and communication confidence
