Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, MN

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience with school-aged and pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
- Document progress, maintain records, and track outcomes in accordance with school requirements
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom and beyond
- Provide resources and training to educators and families on communication strategies
