Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA credential/licensure recognized in Minnesota
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations encouraged, but strong new graduates will be considered
- Knowledge of evaluation and assessment procedures for school-based speech and language services
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload, documentation, and communication
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and other support staff
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivery of speech and language services to 3rd-5th grade students
- Completing and documenting initial assessments for students referred for services
- Developing and implementing therapy plans that align with students’ IEP/504 goals
- Consulting with educational staff and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely service and evaluation records
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings as needed
