Qualifications:
- Current Maine Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 students across grades K-5
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating with educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation of progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Work full time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM, providing direct services, consultation, and support
