The position offers an engaging caseload and the stability of a full-year assignment. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, reflecting your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Current SLP license in the state of Maine (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status required
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records and produce progress reports in line with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
