Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
- Experience in an educational setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students K-12
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management as needed
- Utilize onsite supports and collaborate regularly with the clinical team for guidance and best practices
