Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rosemount, MN

Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level, is a plus
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering language and communication growth in children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and set measurable goals
- Maintain accurate therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support and guidance to classroom teachers for integrating communication strategies
- Communicate progress and recommendations with parents and multidisciplinary teams
