Requirements:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification as an SLP
- Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and speech/language intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a range of student needs and learning levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services across K-12 school populations
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication differences
- Track student progress, engage in data-driven decision-making, and maintain required records and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Serve as a communication resource and advocate for students’ needs within the school community
