Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest working within K-12 school environments
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing a spectrum of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute professional expertise to student teams
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to students, focusing on inclusive, evidence-based practices
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a positive school culture
