Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Colorado Springs, CO

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and prepare detailed diagnostic reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Maintain accurate case logs, monitor progress, and participate in multidisciplinary/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administration to maximize student outcomes
- Supervise SLPAs if needed, supporting their professional development
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active or pending Colorado SLP license (CDE credential, if required)
- ASHA CCCs preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with district supervision available
- Able to successfully complete background checks and fingerprinting
- Experience in pediatrics, school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy settings is valuable
