- Strong familiarity with the ARD process, conducting evaluations, and relevant compliance standards
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to oversee and mentor SLP Assistants
- Comfortable with blended onsite and virtual responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), providing guidance and support
- Conduct evaluations and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
- Ensure all interventions and documentation align with federal, state, and district requirements
- Deliver direct supervision and support onsite, with flexibility to complete indirect supervision virtually
- Contribute to a supportive, student-focused environment
