- Ability to provide clear, constructive guidance and feedback to an SLPA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
- Participate in ARD meetings, collaboratively supporting student needs and program goals
- Oversee and supervise the work of one SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards
- Provide direct student services onsite during scheduled days
- Complete indirect activities and supervision virtually, enabling flexibility for reporting and consultation
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff for optimal student outcomes
