Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Littlerock, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Appropriate state licensure and certification for school-based SLPs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience or practicum in school settings highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students K-12, tailoring interventions to diverse needs
- Dedication to individualized student care and developing creative solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services and support staff with implementation in classroom settings
- Maintain up-to-date student records, progress notes, and documentation as required
- Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and families to maximize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate and advocate for students, providing resources and strategies for effective communication
