Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy, assessment tools, and IEP development
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Deliver direct service in group and one-on-one settings to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and other personnel to support generalization of skills into the classroom
- Offer guidance and resources to families regarding students’ communication needs
