- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Recent experience providing speech-language services in K–12 schools
- Solid knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of communication disorders
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teachers, families, and allied professionals
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
- Deliver therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with general and special education staff on intervention strategies
- Provide guidance and resources to families and guardians
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
