Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Skilled in development and implementation of IEPs
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations for students, both individually and in groups
- Develop treatment plans tailored to unique student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students’ language development
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in IEP meetings, delivering clear insights and recommendations
- Offer guidance for classroom strategies to assist students with speech/language challenges
