Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted state Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Experience delivering direct and indirect speech/language services in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive within collaborative, interdisciplinary teams
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted in some cases—supervision and mentorship provided
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Engage in team meetings and advisory sessions with fellow clinicians for shared learning
